FERROBAC works to the highest quality standards and has a certified quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001. Our manufacturing and welding processes comply with the standards DIN EN ISO 3834, DIN EN ISO 15085-2 (CL1, ExtC 1:2023) and EN 1090-1/-2/-3:2021. Quality controls are carried out along the entire production process and ensure transparency, traceability and process reliability.
For the documentation and evaluation of quality-relevant data, we use an integrated ERP and MES system.
Our aim is reproducible quality and reliable on-time delivery.
Quality process
Our quality management process comprises several stages – from incoming inspection of materials and ongoing monitoring of the production processes to the final quality control of the finished parts.
